2007 Fair Queen Pageant
Congratulations to Shana Clatterbuck of Donovan for winning the title of 2007 Iroquois County Fair Queen! She will represent Iroquois County in the Illinois State Queen Pageant next year!
The Iroquois County Fair Queen Pageant was held Wednesday, July 18 2007. Six area women competed for the title held by Brenna Crist in 2006, daughter of John and Diane Goldenstein of Onarga and Bruce and Sue Crist of Milford. Brenna began teaching first grade at Milford Grade School in the fall of 2007.
Meet The 2007 Contestants
1. Holly Rosenberger, Milford, the daughter of Monica Blackwell and Scott Rosenberger.
She is a 2006 graduate of Milford High School. Holly will be a sophomore at the University of Illinois with a major in Dietetics.
2. Shana Clatterbuck, Donovan, daughter of Darrel and Diane Clatterbuck.
She is a 2005 graduate of Donovan High School and will be a junior at Anderson University with a major in Public Relations and Marketing. She is currently employed at the Kankakee Valley Park District.
3. Anna Pence, Watseka, daughter of Terry and Rhonda Pence.
She is a 2005 graduate of Watseka High School. Anna will be a junior at Illinois State University in the fall majoring in Speech Pathology. She is currently employed at Promises Coffee Shop.
4. Michelle Donaldson, Ashkum, daughter of Carl Donaldson and Toni Donaldson.
She is a 2007 graduate of Central High School and will a freshman at the University of Illinois Chicago majoring in Political Science and Pre-law. She is currently employed with Neighborhood Opportunities at Central High School.
5. Alyssa Coveyou, Cissna Park, daughter of John and Linda Coveyou.
She is a 2007 graduate of Cissna Park High School. Alyssa will be a freshman at Parkland College in the fall with a major in Photography. She is currently employed at the Cissna Park Dairy Queen.
6. Brooke Judy, Milford, daughter of Darrell and Kathy Judy.
She is a 2007 graduate of Hoopeston Area High School. Brooke will be a freshman at Danville Area Community College with a major in Education. She is currently employed by Monical’s Pizza in Hoopeston.
